A top-producing and esteemed agent in South Florida, Calvin Sibley is the founder and principal at luxury boutique firm, Krieger Real Estate, LLC. Calvin has held a Florida real estate license since 2004, becoming a broker in 2006. Calvin has sold over $400M in commercial and residential real estate. A member of the Master Broker’s Forum, a prestigious group of top producing residential Realtors, he has sold hundreds of multi-million dollar properties, mostly in Brickell, Downtown, South Beach, Coral Gables and Sunny Isles and is widely regarded as one of the top authorities on luxury new development and pre-construction in Miami.
A 20 year resident of Coconut Grove, he is an expert on his hometown, with a hyper-connected network spanning multiple industries. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury real estate throughout Miami-Dade County, with a focus on properties in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, South Miami, and Key Biscayne.
Calvin is the third generation of Sibley’s to live and work in Miami real estate. His grandfather was an earlier pioneer of real estate development in Miami and one of the city’s founding fathers. The Sibley family has developed the Ocean Reef Club, the Boca Grande Club as well as the Jockey Club in Miami, one of Miami’s first high rise condominiums. More recently, Calvin worked alongside his father, Harper Sibley, to develop Valentines Resort and Marina, a $30 million development on Harbour Island in the Bahamas.
